The Great Yarmouth MP failed in his legal attempt to block an investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards.
In February 2026, Rupert Lowe lost a legal bid to prevent the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards from investigating his conduct.
The investigation follows concerns raised about Lowe's behaviour, stemming from allegations made during his suspension from Reform UK in March 2025.
Lowe had attempted to block the investigation through legal means but was unsuccessful. The Commissioner's investigation continues.
Lowe's spokesperson maintained that the allegations against him were unfounded and that he was cooperating with the process.
